Welcome to Milana Chat, Speed dating. By using our app, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please review these terms carefully. If you do not agree with these terms, you should not use our app.

2. In-App Purchases

Milana Chat, Speed dating offers a variety of premium features that can be accessed through the purchase of virtual credits. All in-app purchases, including the purchase of credits, are facilitated through the Google Playstore or the Appstore.

3. Credits and Premium Features

Credits can be used to access premium features within the app.

Milana Chat, Speed dating can determine, change without any notice the number of credits needed for any premium feature.

4. Purchase and Use of Credits

a. Purchase Process: Credits can be purchased within the app. Payment is processed through the Google Playstore or the Appstore.

b. Non-Refundable and Non-Returnable: All in-app purchases of credits or virtual credits are non-refundable, non-returnable, and cannot be canceled after the purchase is made.

c. Account Linking: Credits are linked to the user’s personal account and cannot be transferred to another account or user.

d. No Refunds for Technical Issues: Credits used to pay for features will not be refunded or canceled, even if the feature is not executed or initiated properly due to technical issues or any kind of disturbance in the workflow of Milana Chat, Speed dating.

5. User Responsibility

It is the sole responsibility of the user to evaluate whether using credits to pay for a certain feature will have the desired effect.

6. No Refunds for Accidental Use

In any case, no credits will be or have to be refunded when the user accidentally uses a premium feature that deducts credits from their credit balance.

7. User Accounts

a. Account Creation: Users must create an account to use certain features of the app. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, complete, and current.

b. Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to immediately notify Milana Chat, Speed dating of any unauthorized use or suspected unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

c. Account Termination:

Termination by User: You may terminate your account at any time by contacting Milana Chat, Speed dating at support@milanachatdating.com. Upon termination, your account will be deactivated, and your access to the app and its features will cease.
Termination by Milana Chat, Speed dating: Milana Chat, Speed dating reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time if it is determined that you have violated these Terms of Service or any other policies.
8. User Conduct

You agree not to use the app to:

Violate any local, state, national, or international law or regulation.
Infringe upon the rights of others, including but not limited to intellectual property rights and privacy rights.
Harass, abuse, or harm another person.
Transmit any content that is offensive, hateful, or inappropriate.

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Milana Chat, Speed dating, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and third parties from and against any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or relating to:

Your use of the app.
Your violation of these Terms of Service.
Your violation of any rights of any other person or entity.
Any unauthorized use of your account.
Any negligent or wrongful act or omission by you.

10. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Milana Chat, Speed dating be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

Your use or inability to use the app.
Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.
Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the app.
Any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through the app by any third party.
Any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the app.

11. Modifications to the App

Milana Chat, Speed dating reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the app or any service to which it connects, with or without notice and without liability to you.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

Milana Chat, Speed dating is represented by a sole proprietor, Mr. Amar Adjodha, who is the main business representative. The company is registered in Spain, and all jurisdictions and laws of Spain will apply. All conflicts or disputes will be and must be dealt with in a Spanish court in the Almería province.

13. Entire Agreement

These Terms of Service constitute the entire agreement between you and Milana Chat, Speed dating regarding your use of the app, superseding any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral. The total agreement also includes the Privacy Policy, Community Guidelines, Safety Tips, and any other policies published by Milana Chat, Speed dating.

14. Acceptance of These Terms of Service

By using the Milana Chat, Speed dating app, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and any other policies referred to herein.

16. User Content

By submitting any content (including but not limited to photos, videos, messages, comments, and other materials) through the app, you grant Milana Chat, Speed dating a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform the content in connection with the app and Milana Chat, Speed dating (and its successors’ and affiliates’) business, including without limitation for promoting and redistributing part or all of the app (and derivative works thereof) in any media formats and through any media channels.

17. Content of Milana Chat, Speed dating

All content on the app, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of Milana Chat, Speed dating or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws.

18. Rights Granted to and by the User

You retain all rights in and to any content you submit, post, or display on or through the app. By submitting, posting, or displaying content on or through the app, you represent and warrant that you have the right to grant the license granted above.

19. Disclaimer

The app is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Milana Chat, Speed dating makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the app or the information, content, materials, or products included in the app.

20. Arbitration

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms of Service or the breach, termination, enforcement, interpretation, or validity thereof, including the determination of the scope or applicability of this agreement to arbitrate, shall be determined by arbitration in Almería, Spain, before one arbitrator.

21. Trial Waiver and Arbitration

By using the Milana Chat, Speed dating app, you agree to waive any right to a trial by jury or to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms of Service or the breach, termination, enforcement, interpretation, or validity thereof, including the determination of the scope or applicability of this agreement to arbitrate, shall be determined by arbitration in Almería, Spain, before one arbitrator. The arbitration shall be administered by the Spanish Arbitration Association under its Commercial Arbitration Rules. Judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof.
